Psychtherapeutic Counselling and What to Expect

My name is Wieslawa Szmelcer (V-esh-a)

I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counseller and I hold UKATA Diploma in Transactional Analysis Practice. I trained in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy in the UK.

I have all the tools and experience a client should be looking for in their therapist. I am able to guide you in order to enable you to make the progress you need.

Psychotherapeutic Counseling is a form of psychotherapy that is conserned and able to work through more deep-rooted difficulties but also with more imidiet forms of triggers.

I have integrated into the British culture and tradition through living in the UK for over twenty years and as a result I am well aware of how culture can impact an individual and how that may inform a way of living in a society of individual traditions. I offer talking therapy in both English and in Polish.

Transactional Analysis as a tool in therapy

TA is designed to promote personal growth and change that helps individuals to reach their full potential in all aspects of life.

Founded by Eric Berne in the late 1950s TA thrapy is based on the theory that each person has three ego-ststes: Parent, Adult and Child this are used allong with other concepts, tools and models. The therapist works collaboratively with the individual helping and supporting in recognising worth and value in achieving goals.
